Description
First came the selection of wax, each type possessing its own unique qualities. Beeswax, a local treasure, offered a subtle honeyed aroma and a warm, golden glow. Soy wax, a sustainable choice, burned clean and evenly, while coconut wax provided a luxurious creaminess. The chosen wax was meticulously melted, a process that demanded patience and precision.
Next came the infusion of fragrance. Essential oils, sourced from around the world, were carefully measured and blended, creating olfactory symphonies that evoked a range of emotions. The scent of lavender, calming and serene, mingled with the invigorating citrus of lemon. The warmth of cinnamon and clove intertwined with the sweetness of vanilla. Each blend was a unique expression of the artisan’s creativity.
Finally, the molten wax was poured into hand-crafted vessels – repurposed antique jars, rustic ceramic bowls, or sleek modern glass containers. As the wax cooled and hardened, the candles took shape, each one a unique masterpiece.
