What type of private events do you host?
Weddings, Micro Weddings, Birthdays, Graduations, Office Parties, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, High School Reunions, Anniversary Celebrations, Retirement Parties, Photo Shoots, Quinceañera, Workshops, Meetings, Retreats, Craft Shows, Concerts, Poetry Readings, Festivals, Memorials – we can coordinate the perfect, intimate gathering for you and your group.
Is the tasting room open to the public during events?
It depends on the type of event being hosted.
If a private event has reserved the entire winery, the Tasting Cabin and other guest areas will be closed to the public for the duration of the event.
For events that do not include exclusive use of the entire property, our Tasting Cabin is typically open to the public during normal business hours.
Because event arrangements can vary, we recommend checking our website or contacting us before your visit if you have any questions.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Given the many areas in & around the tasting cabin, the party deck & pergola along with the vineyard, we can accommodate parties of all sizes. Please contact us for more detailed information.
How does the wine & craft beer purchase work?
We exclusively serve our Bridging Vines wines & Oklahoma craft beer at all private events. Our wines & craft beer are the only alcohol to be served.
Do rentals need to be brought in?
Depending upon the type of event, catering and seating needs, items such as (but not limited to) tables, chairs, linens, china, and stemware will need to be rented through the caterer’s preferred rental company to ensure the proper execution and flow of the event.
Can we tour the spaces?

Is Smoking allowed on the property
We kindly request that you refrain from smoking or vaping on our vineyard. This helps maintain a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment for all our guests.
